Wedding Videography

HIGH DEFINITION AVAILABLE!
for all Wedding and Video packages
(add $300 for Hi-Def Video)

Wedding Only Package: $150
– Video of Wedding only (up to 1 hour)
– Using 1 digital video camera; 1 finished DVD (“Auto-Play”; no DVD menu)

Simple Wedding Package: $300
– Video of Wedding & Reception (up to 2 consecutive hours)
– Using 1 digital video camera; 1 finished DVD (“Auto-Play”; no DVD menu)

Basic Wedding Package: $500
– Video of Wedding & Reception (up to 3 consecutive hours)
– Includes multi-camera editing and production of video footage
– Using 2 or more digital video cameras; 1 finished DVD (with custom DVD menu)

Premium Wedding Package: $600
– Video of Wedding & Reception (up to 4 consecutive hours)
– Video Blessings of family, attendants, and friends
– Includes multi-camera editing and production of video footage
– Using 2 or more digital video cameras; 1 finished DVD (with custom DVD menu)

which can be used in combination with any/all of the options below.

Extended Wedding Video: $200
– Video of Rehearsal & Rehearsal Dinner (up to 2 hours)
– Footage can be edited and added to Wedding DVD and/or put on a separate DVD

Picture/Video Slide Show*: $75
– Ten minute slide show with music (up to 120 pictures) & video (1 min. = “20 pictures”)
– Camera will zoom and pan across pictures to hightlight faces and movement in photos
– $25 for each additional 5 minutes or 60 pictures in the Slide Show
– Can be included on Wedding DVD and/or recorded on separate DVD

Extra Copies:(includes label and cover/case when applicable)
– Digital Copy in iPod (or PSP, DivX, MPEG-4) format – $20 each
– Additional DVD’s – $15 each
– Additional VHS Tapes – $10 each

Additional Video:
– $150 per hour for each additional hour of video recording
– You will be billed after the wedding / event for additional video costs

Event Videography

Small Event Video Package: $150 / hr.
– $150 per hour for each hour of video recording
– Using 1 digital video camera; 1 finished DVD (“Auto-Play”; no DVD menu)

Large Event Video Package: $200 / hr.
– $200 per hour for each hour of video recording
– Includes non-linear editing of video footage
– Using 2 digital or more video camera; 1 finished DVD (with custom DVD menu)
Video Editing*

Video Transfer

Video Transfer Only: $30 / hour of video ** 
– Transfer video (VHS, 8mm, MiniDV, etc.) to DVD (up to 2 hrs on a DVD depending on quality)
– No editing; No DVD menu (Auto-Play DVD)
– Includes 1 DVD of transferred video

Video Transfer Package: $40 / hour of video ** 
– Transfer video (VHS, 8mm, MiniDV, etc.) to DVD (up to 2 hrs on a DVD depending on quality)
– Video can be edited if desired; Custom DVD menu
– Includes 1 DVD of transferred video

Disclaimers

* Please do not ask me to record or duplicate copyrighted materials (music, video, pictures)

** The cost of video transfer, editing, and production may vary (increase) with the complexity of the post-production process. If challenges arise, I will make a good faith effort to contact the client before proceeding.

A $100 deposit is required to reserve the date(s) of a wedding or event. The deposit is not refundable, but may be used towards a rescheduled date one time only.

Balance is due in full at, or before, the time of delivery of the video. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Prices subject to change. The deposit will lock in the date and prices listed at that time.

For travel outside of a 20-mile radius of Abilene, TX, I charge $.50 per mile plus expenses (food, hotel if overnight stay is required, etc.)

I will arrive about an hour before a wedding/event to set up equipment. Set up time is not charged or counted against video recording times listed in video packages.
